@emirates cant believe you are gone so downhill. Once a world-class airline now a big disappointment. Recently took a flight from Man to ISB via DBX. First boarding crew denied our cabin compliant stroller inside the plane and forced us to check in at the gate.

It just feels like I have been dealing with some sort of third class airline which probably stands true for Emirates now.

Plane. Despite complaining and flagging to airline crew and ground staff at DBX, highlighting the fact the lithium battery tablets are not safe for checked-in luggage, noone at Emirates cared and said you will only get it back at destination.

No tablets were found at destination. Various email follow-ups since then but no response. Also lost one more electronic device during security checking at Dbx and despite reporting it to lost and found and various follow-up emails, no help or resolution offered by Emirates.

We weren't even given a chance to check our stroller for any stuff in under stroller compartment. As a result, two tablets were also folded and taken away with the stroller. Then to our surprise, passenger boarding after us were all allowed to take their strollers inside the
