But everytime I raise a request, the service rep( who apparently is the only one in the entire Hyderabad region) can ot manage to take out time and visit. So he casually drops a note that the customer was not available for service and closes the ticket. This happened 10 times

Recently I purchased a water softener from @EurekaForbes and tbh it was one of the bad decisions I made just falling prey to the brand name and their (fake) promises. The product that costed roughly 42k had frequent performance issues and to my surprise the service even worst

Ever since buying the product I had issues with the softening properties of the product and a local brand would have been much closer to its customers for service and product maintenance. Aquaguard has lost its full trust from me. I had raised multiple tickets for product repair

Today I noticed why this app is cursed and one of the easiest ways for scamsters to make money

I made a booking and added the home drop option as the car location was almost 35kms from my place. When the trip start time was near I got a call from driver

@Zoomcar_India He straight up asked 4680 rupees for petrol and other expenses stating that the car broke down and he had to pay the mechanic. I paid the amount hoping to get the vehicle! However no vehicle was delivered and the trip is still ongoing

@deepigoyal What would be the limit for cash given by customer? If someone pays 5000/- for a 500rs order would that still be a valid transaction?

@bsesdelhi @bodhijobs It is more than 7 hours now that there is power cut in Chattarpur which is surprisingly considered a posh area of South Delhi! Horrible situation and infrastructure. Just few drops of rain and the transformer bursts every single time!

@zomatocare Taking away Pro Plus privileges from customers and charging them a hefty fee isnt the right way to recover company losses. Customers have plethora of options and you’re losing out on loyal customers. Really disappointed as a Pro Plus member who couldn’t use anymore

2 days ago, I got a call from a lady who claimed to be from @MyNykaa 's sales team. This lady had my name, number, pin code, last order details & the date when I placed my order. She said something about me having won a prize that I could claim subject to a min. spend of ₹ 5000.
