2 days ago, I got a call from a lady who claimed to be from @MyNykaa 's sales team. This lady had my name, number, pin code, last order details & the date when I placed my order. She said something about me having won a prize that I could claim subject to a min. spend of ₹ 5000.

I reported this to @MyNykaa and gave them all the relevant details. However, they were not at all helpful. The only response I got from their side was that my complaint had been escalated, and the fraud would be caught.
