My son made some simple home fries. Then he made an omelette that had home fries, cheese, and tomatoes in it.
When I was his age, I took my eggs with ketchup. These days it is a hot sauce.
Acorn blueberry muffins. Marcello wanted to collect and use acorns, so we did.

I cooked dinner last night. Homemade Italian sausage in a light cream sauce, with kale, rigatoni as the pasta. A revani cake, salad (homemade pickled beets), and homemade garlic bread.
We hosted book club, I made Greek type foods. Falafel, Greek salad (homemade pickled beets), tzatziki, rosemary flatbread crackers, and raveni cake (dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon).
My kiddo did most of the veggie prep, with some guidance.
The tomatillos are from a neighbors garden.
Salsa Verde came out decent.
I want some carnitas now.
