Ten years.

Ten years since the first mint. Ten years since a handful of people decided to put art on Bitcoin and got called crazy for it. Ten years since the rooms started filling up with arguments about scarcity, proof, beauty, and frogs.

@scarcedotcity is throwing the party. September 8–10.

14 lots. 13 auctions. 1 raffle. @ScrillaVentura is raffling an original Rare Pepe Wallet limited edition print. @MrCryptoWatches has a 10 Year Celebration Watch. @MichaelNaples has the TRIPLEMIKE painting and token. @PepenardoStudio has two Stone Operation framed drawings. @halluciphile has PEPEFONDLERS. @h_u_e_s_ has exclusive artist proofs. @ZimaBlueArt has a 1/1. Collector lots include PIRATESPEPES, PEPEDICK, and three sets of Pepe Flyers.

And I'm reading the definitive hardcover of The Creature From Jekyll Island: Pepe Edition out loud on Spaces, start to finish, through the whole event.

I'm hosting the Spaces for Scarce. The artists are invited so ask them tons of questions about the work. This is the 10 year birthday party and the book happens to be playing in the background while the culture puts its objects on the block.

Monday night the auction is still closed. There is nothing to buy. Come hear the story. Come talk to the artists. Come celebrate ten years of the thing you helped build.

first test of a medium rarity card

shit’s about to get wickedly wild

i’ll share a little about my very own Collectable Trading Cards Project dropping very very soon.

a series of 750 original art mostly drawn at the same scale as any professional card ( 2.5” x 3.5”) and produce at the same quality as professional, trading cards, etc etc.

with my background in graphic design and being a wizard at photoshop I have the ability to do way sicker things than what Pokemon cards can do atm

a new series drops every three months with brand new art. no ai.

there will be packs, trainer boxes, booster boxes, special collectors, boxes, and more.

first series is limited. Only 10,000 cards at 1000 packs.

there will be art from my Fake Rares sprinkled out through all the series. @FAKERARES_XCP

same with my @FakeCommons, which I will be adding 81 new pieces to and dropping stat.!!

they will be two different collections form the 81 pieces.

both being in their own standalone series.

to all my #RAREFAKERS collectors, congrats!! 💎

you already own or will get your originals mailed out when the project drops.
