He and his wife are in the top 2 percent income bracket in India.
Still, he said that to afford a house in the city he lives in, he'll have to make a 50 lakh down payment and pay EMIs for 20 years.
One layoff can ruin everything.
If the top 2 percent can't buy a house, how can middle-class people?
Why is real estate so expensive in India?
Our per capita income is so low, but house prices are among the highest in the world.
This is not even 10 percent of the cases I have posted.
Every single day, I post 2–5 cases of men being murdered by their wives.
That’s around 1,000 a year.
The real number is probably at least ten times higher.
I’ll keep posting their crimes.
Peak of Kaliyuga.
A man spent his entire life working hard to give his three daughters a good life.
But when he died, not even one of them attended the funeral.
But I'm sure they'll come running to divide the property.
They video called, and one sent 50K. Why didn't she catch a flight?
Women as usual are self centred, they care about only themselves, maybe calculating only inheritance.
Men on the other hand rarely shy away from their duties as a son, as a father or a husband.
Even his duty as a son will be often impeded by the wife & forces him into a position to chose between his parents & herself.
Yes it is crazy and often gets sweeped under the rug or not reported by mainstream media. However there were over 4600 working professionals from different companies across UK & EU who are facing active litigations and were present in one cohort belonging to just one org!

Shivcharan Gupta, 74, a cloth merchant living in an old age home in Sonipat, died yesterday. He had three daughters; sadly and surprisingly, not one of them turned up for his funeral.
He and his late wife had raised and educated their three daughters, ensuring they were all self-reliant and well-settled, two as schoolteachers, residing across Nepal, UP, and Mumbai. After his wife passed away, Shivcharan lived alone at the old age home, keeping a mobile phone solely to stay in touch with his children.
The manager of the old age home told the media that they had informed his three daughters 20 days ago about his deteriorating health, yet none made the trip to visit him. As his illness worsened, the daughters stopped taking his calls altogether. When Shivcharan finally died, the management immediately contacted them again and offered to hold off on the final rites until they could arrive, but none of the sisters agreed to travel.
Instead of showing up to bid their father farewell, the eldest daughter transferred ₹5,100 online to cover the ritual expenses and requested that the funeral be streamed over a video call. Though they initially asked the staff to preserve his ashes, they quickly backtracked, stating they "did not have time" to pick them up and requested that the old age home handle the immersion in the Ganges as well.
This is so tragic. If a life spent raising children ends in total solitude, one cannot help but ask what the long journey was truly for.
Only father knows the sacrifice he makes for the family.
In the end, he is looted in his entire life by family one way or the other.
Father is a selfless person.
Respect your father 🙏
