Learn to confidencemaxxx and watch reality bend your way. Winners act like winners. This is your sign to start believing in yourself. This is your sign to start becoming delusionally confident in yourself and the fact that it will all work out.
FUNMAXXING
You never learned how to live. Nothing is serious. Talk to people. You can do anything. Tomorrow doesn’t exist. Don’t overthink. Just do it. Create things because why not. Seek novelty. Pursue eternal joy. Play for fun. Give yourself more credit. Be an example of what life can look like.
If you understood the absurdity of everything, your worries would fade, and you would come closer to achieving peace.
Balance is key.
You must learn how to make progress while still making time for fun.
I felt bored and vibe-coded a neobank in a week. The best part? You don’t even realize it runs entirely on crypto rails under the hood.

CONFIDENCEMAXXING
Be egoistical. You are the priority. Straight posture. Don’t look around unnecessarily. Sculpt your body. Dress well. Focus on your mission. Become a mystery to others. Keep most things to yourself. Enter the room as if everyone were waiting for you. Make yourself comfortable. Speak slowly. Fear nothing. Don’t fake emotions. Make others want to copy your persona.
You can achieve anything you want if you act as you have already got it.
Confident people are not born that way.
It becomes their second nature.
dont be confident, be over confident. be delusionally confident. be so confident that doors open for you and reality bends for you. be sure that GOD walks beside you. The meek inherit nothing if they never believed they were worthy of more. be too much. be impossible to ignore.

a simple and efficient way to update your mental models
Pick a time when you won't be interrupted, ideally first thing in the morning or right before bed because your brain is already drifting toward the state you want, lie down or sit in a chair with your back supported and your hands resting comfortably, don't cross your legs or arms, close your eyes, and start with the breath, in through your nose for four counts, hold for two, out through your mouth for six to eight counts, do this for two or three minutes until your body actually starts feeling heavier, then move into the body scan, focus on your toes and silently tell them to relax and soften, then your feet, your ankles, calves, knees, thighs, hips, lower back, stomach, chest, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, neck, jaw, face, eyes, forehead, and the top of your head, take your time, the slower the better, when you reach the top of your head let yourself feel like you're sinking slightly into whatever you're lying on, this is the entry, you're now in light trance whether it feels dramatic or not.
To go deeper, start counting backwards from 10 to 1, slowly, telling yourself with each number that you're going twice as deep than the number before, "ten, going deeper, nine, twice as deep, eight, even deeper still, seven, sinking down," and visualize something descending in your mind at the same time, the most common image is a staircase you're walking down with ten steps, each step taking you lower into a quiet place, or an elevator going down floor by floor, or sinking through warm water, the image doesn't matter, what matters is the feeling of going down, when you reach one you should feel a kind of stillness, like the world outside has gotten quieter, your body might feel very heavy or strangely weightless, your thoughts will be slower and further apart, this is the working state, now you deliver the suggestion, pick one thing, just one, don't try to fix five things in one session, say it in the present tense, positive, vivid, and emotional, "I am calm and confident, I move through my day with ease, my body feels strong and at peace," then picture the result as already true, see yourself walking into the meeting calm and confident, see yourself full of energy and joy, see your body the way you want it, and feel what you would feel if it were already real, because the brain encodes the emotion more than the words, repeat the suggestion at least ten times slowly, see the picture each time, feel the feeling each time, then sit in that state for a few minutes doing nothing, let it soak in.
To come back, count yourself up from 1 to 5, telling yourself with each number that you're becoming more aware and refreshed, "one, coming back, two, feeling lighter, three, more awake, four, fully present, five, eyes open," wiggle your fingers and toes, take a deep breath, sit up slowly, the whole thing takes 15 to 20 minutes and the most important rule is don't try to force it, the harder you grip "I have to get into trance," the more your beta brain stays online and blocks it, treat it like falling asleep, you can't make yourself fall asleep, you can only set the conditions and let it happen, also don't judge the session, some days you'll go deep and some days you'll barely drop in, both still work because the repetition is what burns the new pattern in, do it daily for three to four weeks before deciding if it's working, and if at any point heavy emotion comes up that you weren't expecting, that's a sign to slow down and possibly bring in a clinical hypnotherapist for the deeper work.
If you actually want to change your life as fast as possible, this is the single most effective thing you can do, and you only need 10 to 30 minutes a day for it, ideally first thing in the morning the second you open your eyes, or at night the moment you get in bed before you fall asleep, because in both windows your brain is already drifting toward the exact state you want, it's halfway in trance on its own, that's when imagery actually sinks in instead of bouncing off.
Find a place where you won't be interrupted, lie flat on your back or sit in a chair with your back fully supported and your hands resting open, don't cross your legs or arms because crossing keeps tension in the body, close your eyes.
Start with the breath, in through your nose for four counts, hold for two, out through your mouth slowly for six to eight counts, do this for two or three minutes until your body starts feeling heavier.
Then move into the body scan, focus on your toes and silently tell them to relax and soften, then your feet, ankles, calves, knees, thighs, hips, lower back, stomach, chest, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, neck, jaw, face, eyes, forehead, and the top of your head, take your time, you're not trying to force anything, you're just lowering internal noise.
To go deeper, count backwards from 10 to 1 slowly, telling yourself with each number that you're going twice as deep, "ten, going deeper, nine, twice as deep, eight, even deeper still," and visualize something descending in your mind, a staircase you're walking down, an elevator going floor by floor, sinking through warm water, the image doesn't matter, what matters is the feeling of going down.
When you reach one you should feel a kind of stillness, your body heavy or strangely weightless, your thoughts slower and further apart, this is the working state.
Now pick one specific scene, not an abstract goal but a moment you can step into mentally.
If it's health, don't think "I want to be healthy," see yourself moving through a normal day with physical ease, walking without effort, breathing clearly, your body light and responsive.
If it's confidence, see yourself in a real situation where you'd normally hesitate, but now you speak steady and direct, things unfold without internal resistance.
If it's discipline, see yourself already inside the routine, doing the work without negotiation as if it's simply what you do.
Always stay in first person, through your own eyes, what's directly in front of you, the texture of the environment, the light in the space, then sound, voices in the room, the rhythm of your breathing, then physical sensation, the weight of your body, temperature on the skin, the way you occupy space when you're not resisting yourself.
Don't force excitement, allow the quieter states to appear, relief that things are simple, a sense of "this is already how I operate," a quiet internal stability that doesn't need justification, you're not building a fantasy, you're rehearsing familiarity.
Repeat the scene at least ten times, see the picture each time, feel the feeling each time, then sit in that state for a few minutes doing nothing and let it soak in.
To come back, count up from 1 to 5, telling yourself with each number that you're becoming more aware, "one, coming back, two, feeling lighter, three, more awake, four, fully present, five, eyes open," wiggle your fingers and toes, take a deep breath, sit up slowly.
The most important rule is don't try to force it, the harder you grip "I have to get into trance" the more your beta brain stays online and blocks it, treat it like falling asleep, you can only set the conditions and let it happen.
Don't judge the session either, some days you'll go deep and some days you'll barely drop in, both still work because repetition is what burns the new pattern in, do it daily for three to four weeks before deciding if it's working.
Each night you lay in bed, imagine yourself with a trust that knows whatever happens, you'll figure it out and each morning wake up certain in who you are.
All you need to reprogram your subconscious mind is to imagine your best possible self + emotion + volume.
And to take it even further, I personally like to visualize my perfect outcome AND the difficulties I have to face. I already see how I overcome them and that the road will be hard.
Whatever happens, I'm well prepared and just execute at full speed. I really recommend you try it for yourself.
This device prints money while you sleep. Most people have never heard of it.
It's called a Phone Farm.
20 phones. One USB hub. One room.
Every phone = separate account. Every account = real traffic. Real clicks. Real revenue.
Here's the math:
20 phones × $3/day ad revenue = $60/day
$60/day × 30 days = $1,800/month
Scale to 100 phones = $9,000/month
Setup cost: $400 for phones + $25 for the hub.
ROI: month 1.
No content. No editing. No audience needed.
Just phones running 24/7 in the background.
People walk past this setup on AliExpress every day.
A few figured out what it actually does.
Now their phones work. They don't.
Don't do this unless you're prepared to have your life completely transformed in a matter of weeks, you're actually doing magic, the good kind of magic
Spend about 10–30 minutes every day seeing a picture in your mind of the person you want to become. Do this when you are already calm, like at night or just before you go to sleep. Your mind takes in pictures much better when it is not busy thinking about too many other things.
The main idea is simple. Your brain thinks that things you imagine over and over again are very important.
When you see the same situation in your mind many times, with lots of small details and strong feelings, it stops feeling like a fake story. Your mind starts to feel like it is a real place you already know well.
And when something feels normal, it stops feeling impossible.
Old, bad habits get weak during this time. This does not happen because you fight them. It happens because you stop thinking about them and stop practicing them in your head. At the same time, new, good habits start to stick because you are practicing them inside your mind before they ever happen in real life.
Start by making your body quiet. Breathe slowly. Let go of the tight feelings in your face, your shoulders, and your stomach. You are not trying to force anything. You are just turning down the noise inside yourself.
Next, pick one real moment. Do not just think about a big, blurry goal. Pick one short moment you can step into with your mind.
If you want to be healthy, do not just think "I want to be healthy." Instead, see yourself walking through a normal day easily. See yourself walking without getting tired, breathing clearly, and feeling like your body is light and ready to move.
If you want to be brave or do well, see yourself in a real place where you usually feel scared. But now, see yourself talking without stopping. You are steady, you are direct, and everything goes well without any bad feelings inside you.
If you want to have good control over yourself, see yourself already doing your hard work. You are just doing it without arguing with yourself, as if it is just a normal thing you do every day.
Always look through your own eyes. Do not look at yourself from the outside.
Look at what is right in front of you. Look at what is under your feet. Look at the walls and the room around you. Look at the light in the space. Notice the tiny things you usually do not look at.
Next, listen to the sounds. Hear how people's voices sound in that room. Hear the sound of your own slow breathing. Hear any background noise that belongs in that place.
Next, feel your body. Feel the weight of your body on the floor or chair. Feel if the air is warm or cold on your skin. Feel yourself move. Feel how good it is to sit or stand when you are not fighting yourself.
Inside your feelings, do not try to force yourself to be super excited. Let a quiet feeling come to you. Feel happy that things are simple. Think to yourself, "This is already how I live my life." It is a quiet, steady feeling that does not need to prove anything to anyone.
You are not making up a fake dream. You are just practicing a feeling so it feels normal to you.
At the end, stop adding new things to the picture. Just sit with the quiet feeling for a short moment, as if your mind has already said "Yes, this is normal."Let that good feeling stay with you gently as you go through the rest of your day or night.
Do this so many times that the picture stops feeling like something far away that you are trying to catch. Instead, it starts to feel like something your mind already knows exactly how to do.
