this week set up the foundation for growth in every week to come

- prototype -> production. v1.0 stable build of FakeTime Audio [b2c]
- generated 1hr+ long-format AI-clone podcast [tested b2b SaaS model]

[launch]
- did not release on TestFlight this week, but did secure the app + improve latency to where it's usable w/ multiple users
- delivered 62mins of AI-clone video for a podcast (interesting use case)

[learn]
- massive learnings on deploying models + challenges w/ latency / speed / computation / memory etc.
- 12 customer interviews b/w b2b + b2c use cases

We're there – now, focus is on launch + growth.

This week was rough. We had some big wins + some big challenges.

[build] video works – almost uncannily good. voice cloning + transcription are also pretty solid. But still working out a bug connecting our front + backend.

[launch] went viral. twice 🤯but downside is we didn't get on TestFlight yet. Upside is we will launch next week + have a waitlist of users ready to test.

[learn] learning a ton about our audience + found a cool media opportunity👀tba
