Because I don’t know… why don’t organizations allow you to draw out PTO as a form of bonus?

Like I have over 200 hours of PTO and 150 of sick leave. While I’m blessed to not be near the cap. It’s not like I’m able to take that much PTO without it being a dumpster fire.
