🚀Fueling competition quick tips:
📍Eat foods you are familiar with! Competition day isn't the time to experiment. NO NEW FOODS ON GAME DAY!
📍Fuel up with the foods you've been having prior to your training sessions.
📍Avoid high-fat , spicy, and fiber-rich foods prior to competition which can lead to GI pain and stomach discomfort.
📍If you do choose to consume are having coffee/caffeine, consume it at least 30 minutes prior to your event.
📍Caffeine effects reach peak levels about 30 - 60 min post-intake.
