India is fast becoming a Banana Republic! Vishwa Guru?? (forget it). #Indigo the largest airline in the country has gone into a chaos and so have the thousands of passengers that fly the airline. Our Babus just implement rules without even checking if the concerned industry is even ready for it or not. So many troubled passengers, businesses getting impacted. And we just wait, which side will blink first. Indigo clearly is understaffed, that's probably their way of optimizing costs, but what now? Why can't DGCA give a partial relaxation for some months? We know the rules were built with the right intent and the airline has been caught napping but then why should people suffer? Why can't one policy be implemented without disruption to common life? Why are we such a Banana Republic when it comes to policy implementation!
Note: It definitely is the airline's fault but why was no mid-term reviews conducted on the airline if they were preparing for it or not? We are talking about the biggest airline of the country!! And it's a mess out there!
@HDFC_Bank@HDFCBank_Cares is quick on promises but does not provide resolution to complaints. Had raised this on 5th Aug, the resolution time given was 17 days but yet it's not solved. Extremely poor service.

Every night post 9 pm app gets drunk & does not work! No matter how good their products are they’re not gonna sell if they hire cheap tech people!
