@tslice261 @K__Med It’s not really legally possible. The Civil Rights act makes it impossible to hire the best candidates or even really to have interviews that allow you to find the best candidates. You can’t really ask questions that are related to the job.

@AugustusClausus @Oakely_Dokely @richardmantool I think someone could go straight into games and be great, but it has to be someone who truly loves it and thinks about it nonstop regardless of being paid. It’s the people who don’t think about gaming on any deep level, who come in for paychecks and prestige that ruin it.

@emepen_dev Right. It’s kind of like the Tri Force from Zelda. If someone evil touches it, it corrupts the tri force and an evil creation is made (dark world). But if someone pure touches it, something great occurs.

@emepen_dev AI has gotten a lot better and can speed up realizing your ideas. That’s basically the core of it. If your ideas suck then it’s not much help. AI art is also very limited.

@Wewuzkangzshei @camclipping_ To be clear I think one should accumulate assets. I’m just pointing out that in the current framework, if you had no shame, with a bit of ingenuity / a few little lies or exaggerated claims and you can basically be middle class while doing nothing.

@AtsMaxperez @camclipping_ Depends. If you can come up with a disability you’re golden. If you have a bunch of kids and don’t live with the person you mated with, you get all kinds of free stuff. Drugs are free if you succumb to drug testing and promise not to use the gov’s competitors.

@camclipping_ By “theoretically arrest” I mean if you’re doing criminal stuff like selling drugs to supplement your food stamps. But they don’t really care if you’re not going wild.

@camclipping_ If you don’t care to accumulate assets you can basically just do whatever you want. Free ambulance. Free hospital stays. Free food. Free housing. Police would theoretically arrest you but they also don’t care about you. Free schooling. Hell free gov drugs if you don’t smoke weed.
