Oh the wealth of ideas I had for Morg... I still hope someday she'll be tied to the Fiddle-in-Demacia storyline

@explodingquails I do love the idea that LeBlanc might have wanted to recruit Morgana for the Black Rose! I also feel like LB would dislike Morgana due to her ability to perceive truth while LeBlanc is all about lies !

Honestly I'd just love to see them interact in lore !

460.2.c.9. "If a unit cannot be dealt damage, then no amount of damage can be considered lethal. Such a unit is exempt from any considerations of mandatory assignment." Because Counter Strike makes the unit "immune" to the next damage, we are allowed to ignore the Tank unit when assigning damage in the Combat Damage step (which is further backed by 437.5.b.).

Admittedly, it's not explicitly clear that Counter Strike "prevent it" === "prevent all". However, the rule laid out by 460.2.c.9. is sufficient enough.

@novanxt Yup ! I assume she has basic training from her time in Fae'lor, but that's about it. It's worth noting Ionia probably doesn't teach magic the same way Noxus or (ancient) Shurima would. I'd love to see more of her tbh, but I fear she's lost in Rito's drawers somewhere :(

@novanxt I think she could with some training, as I'm guessing it's more about knowledge ? I'm not sure it would really benefit her story (I personally like Syndra as "that one mortal who rivals even gods"), but ye she's definitely powerful enough to whack reality in such ways !
