So pissed off with @netflix right now. I had several shows downloaded for upcoming flights, but none of them were visible in the app once I got on the plane and put my phone in airplane mode. Now, it's showing that I have nothing downloaded (no space used), but I've hit the limit

@ankurjain_2 I've lost all trust in @BiltRewards. I was told I could use the @prioritypasscom membership right away with the palladium card, but now I'm halfway around the world, with no access to the physical card for a month, and I can't fucking activate my membership

I told the agent I called (in January) that I'd be traveling and couldn't activate the physical card. I was told the benefits still start immediately. Lies

No reply. I got this card with the hope that I could use it for the lounges in the next 5 airports this trip
@ankurjain_2@BiltRewards@prioritypasscom I tried with the membership number and last 4. Didn't work. The app no longer shows the full card number either. I found a way to get my card number and it *still* didn't work to activate the membership. The lounge staff turned me away because they need the QR code from the app
@BiltRewards I'm so fucking pissed off right now. I can't set up my priority pass account with the last 4 of my card number, and I can't access lounges any other way. I'm literally halfway around the world and got this card for this *exact* purpose and I can't fucking use it
@AskRobinhood suddenly changing the name of your app is *not cool*. Not being able to find it when halfway around the world is straight-up panic inducing
