Eminent English tribunal could determine an outcome in a foreign arb scheme (IFLA E&W only) which is horrendously parsimonious - surely identity of that tribunal doesn’t protect against Pt III?

Instinctive reaction is that the “status” or provenance of the tribunal would not be relevant.

As at 01.12.21 figures are 51 children and 430 finance. I would say that is a big jump
