. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this valuable research to date, participants and stakeholders, the brilliant patient co-researcher
@LibbyHumphris, my amazing supervisors, my family & loved ones. I couldn't be so close to finishing this without any of ye 🙏🏼 3/3
Researching a condition you also live with is a challenge. This past 10 months my #rheumatoid was not managed by my meds at all. I am so grateful to finally be on a drug which is managing my condition again, but this has had a HUGE affect on bringing you the study findings 1/
. ...and even writing them up for my examiners.
I am able to start writing again now, and will be working to get the work and findings written up and shared with you all as soon as I can. I hope 2025 sees you get the right support, whatever that means for you. 2/
Biggest thanks on this #InternationalDayOfTheVolunteer goes to my long standing Patient Co-Researcher, @LibbyHumphris, who has stuck with this project for over 6 years (yes, SIX!). Expertise, encouragement, and comradery. Thank you, Libby 🫶🏻 🦜
Today is #InternationalDayOfTheVolunteer: I would like to thank every person who has given their time to the @FamiliarStudy making it a success, as a participant, supervisor, or expert stakeholder. Thank you for making this study work, and helping it exceed initial expectations!
