In the reported case of H v O (Art 13(b) and Domestic Abuse) [2025] EWHC 114 (Fam) we acted for the respondent mother in a complex Hague abduction proceedings heard before Mr Justice MacDonald involving the interplay between Hague Convention abduction proceedings and immigration proceedings and where the Secretary of State for the Home Department intervened in the proceedings.
