@Uber_Support I ordered food 14/05 never arrived marked as arrived raised via the app with no response. Uber has stolen my money. I have proof nothing was delivered. #THEIFT#UBEREATS CAN SOMEONE FROM UBER SORT THIS NOW.

Just got a call from a private number contractor
@RiversideUK a “blocked drain” I never reported and the contractor said it was booked under “Miss Alltheblock” how is this mix-up even happening. Honestly, they need to sort themselves out the level of incompetence is unbelievable.
@StarbucksUK on 6 July about an incident in-store. Got an apology + promise of a goodwill gesture. Nearly a month later nothing. No follow-up, no response. Shocking service both in-store and online. Really disappointing. #CustomerService
