We drastically underperformed in the 60s & 70s by the quality of our players then. We used to be elite level.

Decades of @ScottishFA failure and the league governing bodies has undone all of that.

@shaunnery @SPFL_Fitba_Fan @ScottishFA This is the most frustrating thing for me. Every major tournament we have failed in (IMO in our history) and the SFA take no real action. Then & the @spfl have either no power or no backbone to stand upto the clubs.

Homegrown player rules should be the absolute minimal we have.

Put it to a club vote & advise them to engage fans on how to vote. It’s likely it would be popular with football fans. If the clubs go against, it shows who’s holding us back.
