There is a reason something sells for a discount. Can't buy an iPhone for $100 bucks. Let's place a 5 yrs bet and see which one yields better returns. I am on the $NBIS (66B Mktcap)side while this guy is on $CRWV(52B Mktcap)
Mr Oguz Erkan @oguzerkan, are you in on this bet?
$CRWV discount relative to $NBIS has reached 50%, higher than ever.
If $NBIS and $CRWV reach their 2030 deployed capacity targets of 5 GW and 8 GW respectively, they’ll be generating around $80 billion and $50 billion in revenue assuming GPU/hour rates stay largely stable.
This means that $NBIS is currently valued at 1.32x 2030 sales while $CRWV is at 0.65x, implying 50% relative discount.
Now some people will think this is justified because of the higher leverage of $CRWV, but if both achieve these targets, $CRWV interest expense as a percentage of revenue will decline from 22% this year to 7% in 2030.
If the demand doesn’t hold up and they don’t reach their capacity targets, the market will hammer $NBIS as well anyway.
Long $CRWV is one of the best risk/reward trades in the market.
@BKad2005@oguzerkan Investing is not just valuation- one needs to have foresight, intuition, and insight into the future. How can you even compare a Management loaded with tech guys vs finance guys? It's like comparing Elon vs Ken lewis.
@oguzerkan Dude - you need to stop comparing CRWV to NBIS - If you can't make a case for CRWV without talking about NBIS then CRWV isn't a good idea to invest.
@oguzerkan This is so dumb. To say that 48% discount to NBIS is that all NBIS got? Is the company going to stop delivering here on? Dude is saying trim NVDA buy Intel 🤦🏻♂️circa 2016
@MMatters22596@CryptoBankz_65 Everyone discovers a company at a certain price. Just because you or I bought at sub $100 levels doesn’t mean someone can’t buy the stock today. It all depends on time horizon, I would rather buy today & hold for a decade than wait for a perfect entry.
@babyfolio This guy is going to get his head handed to him. I know some that shorted SOXL at $100. One should study business and management and understand where the Industry is moving. Investing is more of intuition than valuation 🤦🏻♂️
@bishara You should be seriously dumb to do that. I've been invested in NVDA for more than a decade. The stock has been flat for literally the last year. He has gone there to increase capacity so that more new products can be launched. You are shorting the wrong company.
