Because of the lawsuit between a photographer and PETA over a monkey that took a photo of himself with the camera.. It's the only precedent that says art has to be created by a human to be copyrighted. Otherwise its public domain.

@benj_red @tha_rami I personally don't think that Sponsored Content Developers are apart of the Dev Team, but I would think that they fit under Rami's definition of someone who helps keeps the studio afloat.

@tha_rami With all the drama going on around ArenaNet, do you think that Sponsored Content Developers are apart of that team? Content Devs on Twitch and YouTube drive a lot of potential new/returning players to the game and help keep the community alive and active.
