Open Letter to the Agency of Artist Lingling Sirilak Kwong (@linglingsirilak)
Subject: Request for clarity on artist protection policy and actions regarding harassment on social media
Dear Executives & Artist Relation Management team of Thai Television Channel 3 and BEC World Public Company Limited, the agency of artist Lingling Sirilak Kwong, (#Linglingkwong #หลิงหลิงคอง)
As fans and supporters of artist Lingling Sirilak Kwong, we would like to express our concern about the situation on social media, where false information, distortion of facts, defamation, insults, and harassment of the artist continue to spread. These actions affect the reputation, image, and overall atmosphere of supporting the artist.
In the past, many fans have collected evidence, reported inappropriate content, and sent information through different channels to help protect the artist. However, we still have concerns about the agency’s actions and communication, especially about false information that spreads widely and creates misunderstanding. Sometimes it grows into a big issue that is talked about broadly, which makes the damage to the artist’s reputation and image even more serious. Without clear and timely measures, such incidents may happen again and become more severe in the future.
For this reason, we would like to request clarity from the agency on the following important points:
1. Artist Protection Policy
• Measures to prevent and respond to defamation, false information, harassment, and spreading hate against artists under the agency.
• Guidelines for monitoring and tracking harmful information in a systematic way.
• Plans to communicate an official position of not accepting such behavior, including measures to protect artists, to build trust among artists, supporters, and the public.
2. Actions when receiving information
• Steps to check and consider evidence sent by fans through official channels, and whether actions are taken.
• Criteria for setting urgency levels.
• Approximate time frame for actions that can be informed to those who send information.
3. Operational Guidelines
• Measures against accounts or individuals who act wrongly, such as working with platforms, sending warning letters to those accounts, or taking legal action when appropriate.
• Criteria for deciding which cases need action and at what level.
4. Official channels for sending information
• Official channels for sending evidence or reports.
• If such channels exist, please announce them clearly so fans can know on all social network platforms.
• If not yet available, we suggest creating a special channel to improve coordination efficiency.
5. Communication of progress
• Even with legal limits, please communicate overall progress regularly to build trust.
• Such communication will help fans understand the agency’s working approach and cooperate properly.
• Communicating overall results without revealing case details will show seriousness in protecting artists and build confidence among supporters.
Fans and supporters understand that some cases may take time and have legal limits that prevent full disclosure. However, having clear policies, communicating positions, and allowing fans to take part will build trust and make artist protection more effective.
This letter is not intended to interfere with internal operations, but to request clarity on protection measures and responses to false information, defamation, and harassment, so we can together create a safe environment for artists and all supporters.

anw i won’t elaborate further on this but i hate the fact that LO aren’t even allowed to act silly and have a little fun cause everything they do will be held against them and twisted to make them look bad. nothing upsets me more than the fact people won’t let them be themselves
[Personal opinion]
The thing is it's harder for interfans to see LingOrm. Even free promo stuff don't have English subtitles. Interfans have to pay (most of the time) to see LingOrm.
So when Lolo was introduced, it feels like another transaction to me. It's so sudden. There's no backstory. I didn't get to see the thought process behind the creation of Lolo. A lot of interfans aren't used to the mascot culture either.
Everything also comes with a price tag. I feel like I got to see LingOrm less and less each time. It's not that I hate Lolo. I don't. I just can't fully enjoy its presence because of how they promote it.
I desperately wish CH3 would prioritize the series promotion over Lolo promotion. I think time will have me gradually accept Lolo as long as things don't feel transactional everytime Lolo appears. Building emotional connection requires time.
You don’t put Lolo outside of the fanmeet to interact with fans. Last premiere Lolo was there but she was shown like in the event instead unlike blue channel mascot, they provide entertainment for the fans waiting during fancon 🥱 ch3 can never do their job right and for as long as lingorm aren’t promoted well and treated like the ones that keeps the company up, fans will hate that Lolo voodoo doll product of greed
Mềnh là người thực tế, tiền mua Lolo vào túi CH3, còn tiền mua AW và KS sẽ vào túi LingOrm.
Với lại mềnh bỏ tiền bạc công sức thời gian bay qua Thái chỉ để xem LingOrm, 3 event rồi, chương trình đang rất ổn Lolo xuất hiện là nó loãng liền. Ngoài LingOrm, Lolo hay bất kỳ cp nào khác cũng như nhau, đều chiếm dụng thời gian của LingOrm và fan.
@greenvn02 Ý là nó cũng ko quá vấn đề nếu ko lợi dụng LO để quảng bá thứ chiếm dụng screentime và bào tiền của con 3 quá đà như này. LO fmt chứ có phải cái gì kèm theo đâu. Tổ chức thì dở chứ pr hầm pr lố ko thiếu
