Those harmed by prescribing outside of guidelines must file with their medical boards, in fact even those harmed inside guidelines too. It will be a question of numbers

Other words a patient would not be expected to connect injury to meds if doctor denies this to be the case. Would all be v complicated and lawyers unlikely to be invested

It remains your problem that docs didn’t know, however “nice” they were or are, is my view. My prescriber was a smashing chap but needs to be stopped
