I called & online chat several times. 5 hrs total. No solution. I told the last one to fwd feedback to those who can fix the problem. I hope @AmericanExpress will let me know soon when it’ll be fixed, or the reason it will not. I always thought AE was the best. Very disappointed!

I stopped getting purchase alert when my teenage daughters make purchases on @AmericanExpress. WTF! AE asks them to each setup their online acc and put my phone there for alert. WTF! Should a 13yo open online financial acc? What if my 18yo login her acc to change the setup? WTF!
