East Tennessee Children's Hospital presents the Fantasy of Trees. The annual holiday event is the hospital's largest fundraiser, attracting 60,000+ people.

Thank you to everyone who attended the 38th annual #FantasyofTrees presented by Axle Logistics. This year we welcomed more than 61,000 guests who helped raise money for East Tennessee Children's Hospital to purchase a new Lifeline "Baby Bus" ambulance.
