Andrew Garfield says he recently watched the Harry Potter films for the first time, but added:
“we shouldn’t be putting money in the pocket of inhumane legislation right now through she that shall remain nameless.”
I don’t like how many of y’all are ignoring the painfully obvious double standard here.
One person is praised for stepping back & prioritizing their health, while the other (a Black woman) gets labeled with microaggressive language like “difficult to work with” for prioritizing her health & advocating for balance & boundaries.
Let’s not forget that Manon didn’t even choose to step back, she was forced into a hiatus. Yet instead of being given that same support and understanding, she’s being villainized.
Glad we're all on the same page that protecting your body and mind is important. Still doesn't change the fact that Manon got called lazy and isolated for doing exactly that.
oh so hxg hid all the content of manon having great social and work ethic but kept it hidden for 2 years after all the hate and mistreatment...?
