@Azerick54@hotiiofficial You literally can't lose fat without a deficit. If you're in a small deficit, you can lose 0.2 of fat and gain 0.2 of muscle and the scale stays roughly the same etc. but you're still in some sort of deficit for fat loss to occur
@Azerick54@hotiiofficial Well maintenance is when you match your intake to expenditure. Which means not losing fat. The point of being at maintenance is staying at the same body fat.
