Abnormal outsole wear on a 4 months old, 324km Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 M (under rotation).

Have reported to @adidas Malaysia but they said sorry no refund/exchange program 😩.

Never happened to other brands of running shoes that I used before this.

So I just went thru a week of dengue fever with less severe symptoms and fast recovery. I had only 2 days of fever (with muscles/joints ache) & 3 hours of vomiting/purging. Used only 2 bottles of IV drips since all hospitals beds in Seremban are full…

And because of God’s willing too that I managed to pass this sickness easier than others. Alhamdullillah.

So, keep fit & healthy at all times. You never know when you might need it. Cheerio 👋

The rest are recovery at home with lots of fluids, rests, and daily blood test to monitor platelets count. Keeping fit by running, especially at my “senior” age does help with less severe symptoms and faster recovery…
