As part of our ‘who helps us topic’ this week our focus was the police. Reception were very lucky to have a police man in explaining how the police keep us safe in our community and they were lucky enough to go inside a real police van! @StJosephStBede @STOC_CAT

An update on the seeds sown by EYFS last half term. Strawberries are growing but a mystery muncher is nibbling at them, pumpkins are flowering and fruiting and sunflowers are stretching up! @sjsbMrsEllison @Mrs_Swatridge
Farm club has been lovely today, spending time with Ralph and weeding our allotment planters. We looked at the body language of dogs first to look for clues about how Ralph might be feeling and this led to looking for information about our goat’s body language too. @sjsbmh
