@RyanDBledsoe Yes. Learned about them from you. I recently went through an annual stretch of work were I work as close to 24 hours a day as the body can stand for a month. I used them to put my self to sleep during the times when I had. I'm still figuring out other possible effects.

@MarcyTanter Those are usually available ecen at hardware stores like HD these days. For sure they will have them in spring. WE bought a lot of our citrus trees from North Haven gardens in Dallas if that is not too far to drive.

The documentary Third Eye Spies is free right now with Amazon Prime. Watched it last night. It's about the CIA's former(I think) research program into the psychic phenomenon of remote viewing. Captivating and surprisingly moving. This is a must watch.
