Having Celtic blood doesn't stop you from doing stuff. For example Celts would quite often go on mass killing sprays for new land for living against Celts & non-Celts groups.

Yes England isn't Celtic like us, but that's not to say that England has never been Celtic as such the land has or that England doesn't have any links with the Celts. England wasn't built just by the Saxons, Celts also helped.

Yes most people don't like the English, but that doesn't change history.
