To be honest, if you have to resort to this, you have a deep issue.

All company hiring information has to be reported to the EEOC. This information is reviewed by the EEOC for violations of protected classes.

The EEOC, also sells this data to lawyers, that scour it, looking for companies, and hiring managers that violate protected classes. I know hiring managers that were sued, because they didn't hire a protected class in accordance with their demographics.

I see lawsuits in their future.

White strictly meant English until the 1970’s on the census. Mexicans were listed as White from 1850-1920 you ignore their descended from colonizers.

Most ethnic groups listed under the White label (used only in the Anglosphere) never owned any slaves in the US. No Greek, polish, Albanian, etc slave owners.

Nigeria only banned slavery in 1940 and Mauritania still practices race based chattel slavery to this day. 95% of “White” people never owned any slaves and most immigrated after slavery.
