@MBonvoyAssist Trying to follow up here after my emails were eventually a dead end. Stayed one night with my husband and two children on 7/1/22 in Rocky Mount, NC. Check in at midnight, exhausted, finally get room keys…to someone else’s room!! Walked in on another fam! 😳😒
