@Oregonian Fantastic news. Voting against Neelam is the main reason I voted this cycle. In school PTO meetings she looks lost when someone brings up legitimate concerns. Neelam is afraid of healthy conflict. I couldn’t imagine her taking on more responsibility for our community.
