@skytv Box replaced in January & now this one has completely stopped working too! Countless calls, completed all the resetting tasks, still got to wait for another phone call tomorrow after several these last few days. Not good enough!! Paying for a service that’s rubbish!!!

@easyJet Flight Crew on 6288 today. Not one smile, spent ages talking to the Captain when giving him a drink, then ages in the loo topping up make-up! Waited ages to be served and yet I was sat at the front!!!
