@HeyJohnstonRI @RIHouseGOP Actually, according to the DOJ, 59 % of those assaults come from acquaintances who have groomed them, the rest are from family members. Landlords will not be charged under this law. The court has decided to let them drive. This is a one step at a time situation. More to come.
