@voguemagazine The issue is not lack of protein. Three key amino acids (related to brain function) and B12 all can only be obtained through animal sources. Supplements for these can only come from animal sources. Those facts might be the source of misunderstandings and discrepancies of claims.

@Melietcetera Just be careful about which provider you choose. I've been on the phone with @Rogers here in #Vancouver#BC#Canada for alomst 3 hours. I was with them for 20 years & it's like the relationship never existed. Cannot recommend them either at this point & they don't even care.
