Best race of the day goes to JR Sarah Fassinger who hasn’t raced since the Indoor State Championship! She continues to work through serious health conditions that affect her day to day well being, forget about training and competition. Well, she started her Comeback with a 25:55.07 5K today!

Race performances do not define us, but this 5:06/11:08/18:33 stepped to the line today, knowing she was running to simply finish the race!

Her 25:55 does define her. It defines her as the Champion we already knew she was!
