guys the ugly (or beautiful) truth is:
you can eat whatever you want. pretty much. you'll be fine.
Just honor your guts with a regular fast. That's literally it.
❤️
TRUE
fasting and conscious dream / sleep go SO well together, they both must be linked.
One enhancing effects of the other.
That's why the old shamans did it ❤️🔥
💯🔥 and it's not even close.
with fasting, you can not only achieve great health and stable, high energy in the most simple way possible...
you are even enhancing all other parts of your life, like sleep, focus, sexual practice, attention, lifespan . . .
fasting is the most underrated and most simple way of dealing with and handling your health
everyone can do it, it costs literally no thing and you can start RIGHT NOW
become metabolically flexible, be steady and it will feel as natural as breathing, in under a few times
Fasting for 72 hours is the best medicine on the planet.
It triggers your body to eat cancer, repair DNA, and reverse aging.
It's literally a doctor within.
Here’s how it works (& how to do it safely):
@NoahJPacifico@Dr_Biohacker@IFdiet 💯 right on!
this sounds like the most clever way of tackling your deep rooted inaccuracies
currently 35h in and in conscious sleep training! ❤️🔥
it ain't so important how and when you choose to 'eat nothing'
for 12h, or for 24
for 1.5 day or 2...
it is important that you do it, though.
someday, your body WILL need a break.
It's natural. Every animal on earth does it. We do it, if we connect with our bodies.
They ache to rest (repair)
They scream for less insulin, just one day
They are desperate for a pause
give it a pause. 🧡
🚨🇺🇸THE FIRST CIVILIZATION TO DEFEAT HUNGER - AND REPLACE IT WITH OBESITY
Humanity pulled off a miracle nobody talks about.
For most of history, the defining threat to children was too little food.
In 2025, for the first time ever, it’s too much.
UNICEF’s new data shows the crossover point: more children aged 5–19 are now obese than underweight. A historic flip in child malnutrition - and a jarring symbol of the world we’ve built.
On one side, extreme poverty is shrinking.
On the other, ultra-processed calories are flooding the planet faster than nutrition can keep up.
Cheap food didn’t end malnutrition. It mutated it.
The result is a generation growing up in a world where:
- Hunger is no longer the default enemy
- Obesity is rising like an industrial byproduct
- The poorest families often face both problems at once - empty wallets, calorie-dense diets
This isn’t a victory lap for humanity. It’s a warning.
We solved scarcity. Now we’re struggling with abundance.
The human body was engineered for famine, and the modern world runs on perpetual feast.

the more regularly you fast, the better the switch will be - but one thing stays for sure -
the negative effects of eating processed stuff and sugars.
These are *made* to keep you addicted and underfed, so you will consume more. It's a business model that comes at the cost of all of humanity's health.
You can choose to look the other way, keep eating pain (because that's what it feels like to a fasted body) and stay numb to it
or
You can embrace your quality as a human being, rediscover the genius of the body and mind, and reclaim your biology ❤️
The choice is yours. every day.

Why this works
This 2-day plan:
empties liver glycogen
drops insulin levels
restores insulin sensitivity
reactivates fat-oxidation enzymes
stabilizes hunger hormones
reduces sugar cravings
supports electrolyte balance (critical for fasting ease)
Most people report fasting feels normal again by Day 3, often sooner.

When you fast regularly, your body usually becomes more insulin sensitive - meaning:
- your cells respond well to insulin
- your blood sugar stays stable
- you switch easily into fat-burning during fasting
But a week of sugar, processed foods, frequent snacking, and low-quality carbs does the opposite.
What happens in the body:
Constant glucose spikes → constant insulin spikes
High insulin levels make cells “tune out” insulin → insulin resistance increases
More insulin is needed to do the same job
Fat-burning stays “blocked” because insulin is elevated
Day 2 — “Fat-Burning Activation Day”
Goal: Push you quickly into fat-burning so fasting feels easy again.
Start with a 16–20 hour fast
This will be easier because Day 1 lowered insulin.
If you can, have your last meal at 6–7 pm the night before and your first meal around 12–2 pm.
Morning routine to accelerate fat-burning
Water + electrolytes
Black coffee or green tea (optional)
10–15 min walk or light exercise
This boosts adrenaline slightly, which releases stored fat.
First meal after fast: protein + greens
Examples:
chicken or salmon + salad
eggs + spinach
tofu + vegetables
This stabilizes blood sugar and prevents the old cravings from returning.
