FOLLOW 4 Big Change
Fat Loss 101:
1. Eat more protein
2. Eat fewer calories
3. Sleep 7 hours nightly
4. Walk 7-10k steps daily
5. Lift weights 2-4x/week
6. Eat foods that fill you up
7. Track progress every week
8. Adjust plan according to results
And most importantly:
Never give up.
Almost all days I work, my shift partner gets fast food or is eating wings/chips. It always makes me hungry.
But I get out my lunchbag, fill my bowl with greek yogurt, and log it all.
I've had the chips... I've lived an eternity in that life. Now, I choose health.
@ItaliaJohn50557 Thank you, Johnny. I'm working a 12 hour shift today, but I look forward to playing "lava monsters" with my boys before they go to bed. π€£ (It's mostly me tossing them into a pile of pillows)
Being a father is one of the most thankless and rewarding jobs there is. No matter how many mistakes I have made, that is one thing I know I have got right.

I have stayed big because I didn't know the basics. I THOUGHT I did... but I was setting myself up for failure without even realizing.
