@JetBlue truly terrible customer service. I purchased my first class seats 8 months in advance only to be told my seats mint seats have been given to a passenger with upgraded status.
@ChuckRichter70 I’ve been saying this, I seriously doubt he wanted to be injured and subject his family to the abuse he gets. Yes he was paid a lot to perform but again family comes first and if your job is literally hurting you it’s not worth it anymore
