From my understanding it’s healthier not to shave 🪒 them! That’s where your lymph nodes are! Also using natural deodorant or no deodorant helps! Shaving is purely cosmetic.

My suggestion is shave 🪒 only in summer or spring when you’re wearing open arm clothing, but leave it unshaven during fall and winter when your arms are covered.

As far as deodorant, only wear it when you’re stepping out! Make sure it’s natural! But if you’re home or just making a store run don’t wear any deodorant. If you drink plenty of water and eat whole some foods and shower 🚿 daily then you won’t have an odor, or a faint one. I say this because it is rumored that deodorant can contribute to breast cancer for women.
