@TheFumizuki Same here. The hacker most likely disconnected and connected his own. Idk how but there needs to be a way to escalate this to authorities or discord. All I can provide from interacting with the hacker is his bitcoin wallet info and another account that he most likely hacked.

@TheFumizuki I have EXTREME reason to believe it’s the same guy then. If not the same person, then it’s a group of people from within the same location.

I’m actually dumbfounded discord is taking this long to respond to legitimate support emails and reports.

@nullableVoidPtr @Rinne0333 @XII_osu Hey! Sorry to intervene in the convo, I got hit by this same hack and got some info on the hacker. Mainly some bitcoin wallet pictures, alongside the fact (assuming he’s not using an IP scrambler) they live in turkey.

Sadly enough discord support sucks ass in helping.

@discord_support Not to intervene but I’ve been having the same problem. I understand you guys may be swamped but common courtesy at the least a HUMAN response should be made in the forum stating it’s being viewed and handled within at least 70 hours. What type of professionalism is this?

48 hours in, still ZERO reply from @discord_support and worst of all? ONE of my FRIENDS got affected by the hacker using MY account. @discord PLEASE hire more support, this is genuinely unacceptable of a company of your size.
