Excellent essay.

Letby was imprisoned on circumstantial evidence. Nobody proved that she killed a single baby. In fact, many of the relevant deaths were obviously *not* caused by Letby. The case against her began with ward rumours and “gut feelings”.

Letby will die in prison.
