في الذكرى الخامسة عشرة لانطلاق الثورة السورية المباركة، نستحضر تضحيات الشعب السوري الذي رفع صوت الحق في وجه الظلم والاستبداد، ورسم طريق النصر بدماء الشهداء ودموع الثكالى وآلام النازحين وصبر المعتقلين، وتضحيات المفقودين وعزيمة المقاتلين، حتى كتب الله له نصرًا تاريخيًا أعاد لسوريا مكانتها بين الأمم.

We extend our deep appreciation and full support for Ambassador Tom Barrack’s principled leadership and unwavering efforts to bring clarity, pragmatism, and moral courage to U.S. policy on #Syria.

For over fourteen years, American policy toward Syria has been defined by failure—failing to protect innocent civilians and falling short in advancing the strategic interests of the United States. The consequences have been disastrous: human suffering on an epic scale, the rise of violent extremism, a global refugee crisis, billions of taxpayer dollars spent on an open-ended military campaign, and prolonged deployments of U.S. servicemembers without a clear endgame.

President #Trump @realDonaldTrump and Ambassador Barrack understand what too many in Washington have overlooked: that continuing along this path of failure serves no one—neither Syrians, nor Americans, nor our allies. Ambassador Barrack’s committed efforts to advance President Trump’s vision—one rooted in sovereignty, regional stability, and diplomacy without perpetual military entanglements—offers a long-overdue opportunity to chart a new course.

For the first time in years, we have in Ambassador Barrack a leader who truly understands the region and its complex history, and who is willing to speak hard truths.

Ambassador Barrack’s voice is critical. His leadership brings renewed hope to Syrians who have for too long been treated as pawns, and presents the American people with a more strategic, humane, and fiscally responsible path forward—one that prioritizes bringing our troops home and allowing Syria to rebuild without reliance on American tax dollars.

We are grateful for Ambassador Barrack’s leadership and look forward to working with all those who share a commitment to a future for Syria grounded in stability, dignity, and hope.

@elonmusk Mr. Musk, Christians are not a party to the conflict in any way. We urgently appeal to the United States to stop Iran and Russia’s bullying and their support for terrorism against Syrians. Their funding and arming of Assad’s remnants have prolonged the suffering.
