@UberEats Half my order never arrived. I contacted support and was told that it’s not eligible for a refund!! How can I not get what I ordered and not be eligible for a refund?!
@MassAGO Please review this and provide help. A company like this should not be able to operate in Massachusetts providing a critical need like groceries and not offer real support or refunds when the food they deliver is spoiled.
@AJCampbellMA@Uber_Support I’m including both Uber Support & the Massachusetts Attorney General. Uber delivered a heavily delayed order of groceries that were defrosted & spoiled. After promising a refund & making all kinds of requests for photos, they said I wasn’t eligible.
@AJCampbellMA They have no phone support you can talk to! They tell me to do everything through chat on the app that is outsourced to another country and who only send canned replies that don’t make sense. Massachusetts residents shouldn’t be robbed when trying to buy groceries!
@Uber_Support my grocery order was extremely late and when it came the frozen foods had defrosted & the meats were all warm and spoiled.
Support told me I would get a refund on the items. I did everything requested, sending photos and receipts, but no refund has been given.
@Broadcaster005 1. They have audio in there and sideline reporting to know what is going on. 2. They create a shield because they are working on her muscles and don’t want to expose her to all the viewers.
@Uber_Support I did an order, noted w/ allergies in multiple places. Notes were ignored and I got sick. You guys aren’t even offering a full refund on the item after I was very sick for hours. Support keeps sending the same canned response. Can someone over there help me?
@barkbox Is this really an apology? You completely failed to address whether or not you are actually going to market the product, which was the topic of the released message. That leads us to believe that you aren’t and you are only sorry for the release of the message, not the content.
@JustinMoffatt@fenwayweather@RedSox It is iffy whether they will play or not. Chance of rain is about 50% from 4pm through the rest of the day & is basically expected to be light off & on rain. There is also a risk of rain Sunday-Tuesday. I strongly suspect they play but if they cancel, it will be last minute.
