Disgraceful behaviour from @royalairmaroc. I submitted a request for a refund on the 5th September for a delay on a flight for 5+ hours, subsequently missing a number of appointments and transfers in Casablanca. I am currently owed over £1500.

38 minutes on hold to @easyJet only to be hung up on because I asked to speak to your advisors manager as she didn’t know the answer to my question…

She thought Dublin was in Scotland, would have though basic geography would have helped in the job…
