@kiof_evas_art@dillonatm but then someone actually got it for me, my first experience is. . .
a lot of deaths, a LOT, there is some form of progress, but dying that much isn't fun.
i'm learning it, but i'm being so real- it's more rough then i imagined, and that's saying something.
@SkyAsassino it is twitch that handles those deals, but it's still a really bad look for it to happen.
either bungie wanted it or not, it lit a fire under a lot of people.
bungie should've had more say-so in the deal making considering it's a molten topic, but eh, time to see the fireworks.
@dillonatm that's an edge case, more so.
realistically that sounds like a timezone diff of some kind.
i'm talking general statistics that actually lead to what their trying to do with sales after getting the game.
that's IF they get the game, 40$ is nothing to scoff at.
@PaulTassi cough up some upgrade shards. . .
turn 'em into enchantment prisms from the decriptor. . .
really though, he can turn any amount (from 10 to 1) with some glimer a piece to change to either or.
you can also sacrifice 10 of those prisms to get the Acention shards or other stuff.
@0npam hear me out, what if. . .
destiny, but you can chose the faction you want to be in.
Fallen, Hive, Cabal, ect.
and the classes from each, touched by the travler.
the shake up will and the potential player aliances between factions will be INSANE!
@dillonatm even if they try it out, it's not a garentee they'll like it, considering i've heard a good few people talk about how sweaty the PvP part is.
and considering the people complain about the loot and it's economy, it just doesn't look good.
@dillonatm it does matter in the fact the numbers show player retention + the amount of them.
the more they stay in the game, the more likely they are to buy something for it, the issue is marathon has a 40$ paywall that keeps most people from trying it out/buying it.
@bigmountking@ParryThisIxian@ChaosHusk i thought it was just because that's how most hive works?
like how thralls are still women.
and most other "classes" are men.
