"Cerebrovascular accident" (CVA) is a neurophobic term. It implies the speaker is too dumb to identify something as basic as whether the #stroke is ischemic or hemorrhagic, too callous to care about its cause & treatment. If that's not you, don't use it. #neurology

Si es FOP de alto riesgo cerrarlo. Investigar apego a tx y factores de riesgo para cáncer oculto. El cambio de DOAC no ha demostrado mejoría. Agregar ASA >>> sangrado.

@Maperez60 @farmacotips Con colesterol total alto (>200mg/dL) es rarísimo que no se tenga el LDL elevado, tenerlo bajo es una de las metas para reducir particularmente el infarto cerebral. Te recomiendo el SPARCL, TST, FOURIER, etc
