So glad @Dominos_UK are rewarding our hero key workers with free pizza. So far the NHS & Postal Service have benefited. Thankyou to the postal service for making us feel safe in this difficult time

So @loveholidays take the last mot 4 our holiday that they have already advised us we cannot take then REFUSE to refund offering only a credit note! Despite having already sent us an email stating a cash refund!

On top of that, upon advice from our insurer we have written to their Legal and compliance department and have been advised that they have requested @RoyalMail not to deliver any post to them so our letter is sat at a post office.

Today @loveholidays took the last of their payments £1800 for a holiday in 14 days that they have already told us will not go ahead. My question is......why?

@kevanmead @LittleMissyMoi @loveholidays My concern is that they give everyone vouchers and then go into liquidation. We cannot take vouchers as not sure when we can next go away so 12 months is no good for us. We Will be taking cash

@UK_CAA @10DowningStreet @Number10press @HouseofCommons @BorisJohnson Of cancelled flights etc but we are not getting this. According to the airlines they are still scheduled to leave so are not cancelled. The fact we cannot get on them is of no concern to them. They have our money.

As @easyJet who @loveholidays booked our flights with have not cancelled the flight & loveholidays also havent emailed conf we are unlikely to be able to get a refund.

These companies are refusing to pay people back. Some of us cannot guarantee we can get leave in the next 12 month's at the moment. Their TOS state a full refund, that's what should be offered not a voucher

To cur your customers off mid conversation @loveholidays when asked which legislation you refer 2 when u say we arent entitled 2 a full refund if our cancelled holiday just shows what u think of us & that u are chancing ur arm! #loveholidayscam #loveholidaysrefund

You know as well as we do your voucher isnt the only option we have. We will never book with you again! You have £4000 of our money & we will spend that again to take u to court to get it back if necessary. @piersmorgan @MartinSLewis please look into this.
